This is a one-bite sandwich with two thing slices of baguette bread. A bit of pesto, some farmers market salami, tomato from the garden and a touch of green onions. It is great as an appetizer or a very small mid-day snack (Which is how we enjoyed this sandwich).
Mini Baguette Salami Sandwich With Pesto
Sandwich Recipe
- 2 slices of baguette
- 2 slices of salami
- 3 tsp pesto
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 slice of tomato
Make sure to use fresh baguette or this won’t be very good. Then simply stack: Bread, Tomato, Salami, Pesto, Salami, green onion chopped and bread. Done!
