Sure, it looks inconspicuous, but this little thing will burn you up. Don’t make this unless you have a high tolerance for hot spices, or substitute the chili jam for something of a more moderate taste.

- 2 tsp goat cheese
- 1 tsp chili jam
We got the chili jam from the Temecula farmers market, made by one of the local merchants. It doesn’t have a name as far as we know. You can substitute for any of your favorite jams, so suit your individual tastes, as almost any jam would go well with the goat cheese.
