Sandwich for desert? This sandwhich combines aged goat brie cheese with some of its natural pairings: honey, walnuts and jam.
- 1 slice bread
- 2 tsp honey (Preferably Jamaican Honey, which has a very flowery taste)
- 1 tsp pear jam
- brie (sliced with enough to cover the bread). Shown here with smoked brie.
- 1 tbs walnuts, toasted
Spread jam on bread and layer cheese. Crush walnut into small pieces and sprinkle on cheese. Drizzle honey and you’re done. Enjoy!
