Avocado Salsa with Fresh Radish



  • Two teaspoons of your favorite Guacamole
  • One radish
  • Smoked Salt
  • three drops of black truffle oil and one teaspoon olive oil
  • One cracker

Spread the Guacamole on the cracker, then slices of radish tossed in the oils. Sprinkle with a little smoked salt.
