Thebirkes With Helge Cheese

This is almost as simple as you can get. A Danish “thebirkes” with cheese. The cheese is called “Helge”, and that’s all there is to it. Very good, very easy, great for breakfast.

  • 1 thebirkes
  • 1 slice of ‘Helge’ cheese (or use any medium-strong cheese you can find)

Cut the thebirkes in half, add the cheese, close the thebirkes back up.
