		<description>You can definitely substitute lettuce for the spinach. I used spinach partly because of my love of that veggie, but more so because of the color contrast with the other ingredients and we wanted the colors to pop in the Costco magazine.  As for the cheese just choose what you love.  Our choice of Swiss was only because we heard that was the classic cheese pairing with corned beef. Glad you like our blog. Now, go make yourself a corned beef burger:-)

		<description>Hi...i was wondering if the taste would be the same if i used mozzarella cheese instead..and would it make a big difference if i omit the organic ground chuck...n substitute the spinach for lettuce...sorry that im messing up your recipe..but around here we have to improvise on good recipes because we cant get all the ingredients... Besides, you can buy a high quality skillet for maybe 80 bucks and it will last you a lifetime. The non-stick stuff may last 3 years or so if you are very lucky. If you dig around a bit, you can often get a quality pan on sale. Well, that did it for me, now I&#039;m starving. I think I&#039;m gonna go to the kitchen to fry up some steak and eggs.</description>
